The Information Network of Kansas Board of Directors have engaged with representatives from Wichita State University’s Public Policy & Management Center to update their strategic plan. The process began recently when Misty Bruckner and Zoe Lane from WSU met with the project steering committee for three hours to discuss our organizations strengths, weaknesses and what influences have an impact on INK.
On March 5th the WSU team met with the full INK Board of Directors to discuss items that came from the steering committee conversations.
The next step will be to meet with key strategic stake holders to gain their perspectives.
The goal of the process is to develop a strategic plan the Information Network of Kansas can follow to remain focused and to continue to grow our efforts for state and local government as well as to benefit the residents of Kansas.
The Information Network of Kansas mission is to help enable digital access to Kansas state and local government information and services for public use and benefit.
