Payments may be made through December 20 for first-half tax payments. Second-half tax payments may be made through the system beginning in January 2014. The Kansas Property Tax Payment application accepts payments made through e-check, as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit card payments.
Currently 75 counties participate in the online service. Access to your tax account requires a current tax statement issued by your county treasurer’s office. Additionally, the following must be true:
Accounts cannot have a prior year tax delinquency
Accounts must not be in dispute or protest
Funds must be drawn on a U.S. bank account.
